We are searching for a skilled Odoo ERP Developer to become a part of our vibrant team. You should possess expertise in designing, developing, and implementing Odoo modules for the purpose of streamlining business processes. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is crucial to customize and configure Odoo according to diverse client requirements and to integrate it with third-party applications. Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, PostgreSQL, and the Odoo framework is imperative for this role. Your responsibilities will include developing and customizing Odoo modules to align with business processes and client requirements. Integrating Odoo with third-party applications, ERP systems, and APIs will also be a key part of your job. You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical and functional issues in Odoo modules, ensuring smooth system operation, and providing continuous support to clients to maintain optimal performance. Working closely with business analysts, project managers, and other developers, you will define and prioritize project requirements. Your role will involve gathering and analyzing client needs to tailor Odoo solutions that boost business efficiency. Maintaining technical documentation for Odoo implementations, customizations, and troubleshooting procedures will be essential. Staying updated on the latest Odoo features, updates, and best practices to suggest and implement enhancements is also expected from you. The ideal candidate should possess 4-5 years of hands-on experience in Odoo development, with a preference for experience with Odoo v16 and v17. Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and the Odoo framework is required, along with a solid understanding of relational databases such as PostgreSQL and proficiency in SQL. Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and proactive issue identification are essential. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients. The ability to work collaboratively and take ownership of projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is crucial. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Knowledge of Odoo's inventory, sales, accounting, and project management modules is desirable. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus. The ability to work in agile development environments is also advantageous.,
