Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain custom Odoo modules (v14/v15/v16/v17)
Customize core modules: Sales, Inventory, Accounting, Purchase, CRM, etc.
Create and update views, reports, and workflows using XML and QWeb
Integrate third-party APIs and services (e.g., payment gateways, CRMs, shipping providers)
Work with functional consultants to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Participate in performance optimization and troubleshooting
Manage deployment via Odoo.sh, Git, or Docker (optional but preferred)

Requirements

2+ years of experience with Odoo development (Community or Enterprise)
Proficient in Python, PostgreSQL, XML, and Odoo ORM
Experience with QWeb templating and report customization
Solid understanding of business workflows and module relationships
Familiarity with Git/version control and agile development practices
Good communication and documentation skills

Nice to Have

Experience with Odoo.sh or server deployments
JavaScript and frontend experience for Odoo web customizations
Understanding of accounting, logistics, or manufacturing modules

Contribution to Odoo Community Association (OCA) is a plus
