Odoo Business Analyst

The ideal candidate for this role in Ahmedabad, India should have a minimum of 1+ years of experience. You should possess excellent skills in Requirement Analysis, Information gathering, Business Analysis, FRD, BRD, and Agile/Scrum methodologies, and must have previous experience working in the Odoo Framework. Your main responsibilities will include collaborating with business, project, and technology teams to ensure accurate information collection, requirement gathering, data analysis, documentation, and presentation of findings. You will be required to conduct and facilitate effective project meetings, including requirements gathering, issue tracking, status reports, and executive communications. Your role will also involve translating business needs into application software requirements, such as use cases, process flows, functional and technical specifications. You will support user acceptance testing by providing input for test plans/test scripts to ensure the product functions as designed. Additionally, you will analyze new business requirements, assist with feasibility studies, and work with developers to recommend solutions and resolve system issues. You will work closely with Project Managers and Solution Delivery Leads to ensure projects are executed according to plan, including schedules, financial estimates, resources, tasks, deliverables, project plans, program governance, and budget. You may also lead small projects or program work streams with guidance from a Project Manager. You will be responsible for frequent reporting and analysis of financial actuals against forecasts at a program level. You will assist in forecasting and analyzing resource plans, schedules, and onboarding, and monitor and resolve issues related to PO creation and reconciliation. Additionally, you will identify hardware and software requirements and assist Project Managers with project communications and documentation. Candidates should have a BBA or MBA qualification and must be fluent in English. Previous experience in Odoo-based projects is a must.
