Role Description

This is a part time on site role for an Occupational Therapist based in Mumbai with flexibility for some remote work. The Occupational Therapist will work directly with children, assessing their individual needs and creating tailored therapy plans. Responsibilities include implementing intervention programs, facilitating rehabilitation, closely monitoring progress, and communicating effectively with parents and caregivers. Contribution to team discussions and collaboration with fellow specialists to achieve comprehensive care is an integral part of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Occupational Therapy, including assessment, intervention planning, and execution
• Knowledge of Pediatrics and Rehabilitation approaches, with experience in working with children
• Strong Communication skills to collaborate with team members and liaise with families effectively
• Educational background in Occupational Therapy, Medicine, or related fields
• Commitment to patient-centered care and the ability to work with children with diverse needs
