Job Description

Occupational Therapist Part Time (On-Site)

Location: Proficio Therapy Services Center, Thane

Proficio Therapy Services is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team and make a meaningful impact on children's lives. If you are passionate about helping children with developmental and behavioral challenges, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess clients' sensory processing, motor skills, and functional abilities
Develop individualized intervention plans based on assessment results and client/family goals
Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions addressing sensory integration, fine/gross motor skills, and adaptive functioning
Create and adapt treatment environments to support sensory needs and maximize engagement
Collaborate with speech therapists, behavior analysts, psychologists, and educators to provide coordinated care
Train parents and caregivers on strategies to implement at home to support skill development
Document client progress accurately and maintain detailed treatment records
Participate in team meetings to review client progress and adjust treatment plans
Stay current with research and best practices in autism and occupational therapy

Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy.
2+ years experience providing occupational therapy to kids.
