What We Look For

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team—someone passionate about helping children achieve functional, sensory, and developmental milestones.

A therapist who is empathetic, patient, and child-friendly, with strong observation and communication skills. A team player who can collaborate with Physiotherapist, Psychologists, Speech Therapists, Special Educators, and families. Roles & ResponsibilitiesAssessment & Diagnosis

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of fine motor skills, sensory processing, balance, coordination, handwriting, ADLs play and functional skills
  • Diagnose sensory, motor, and developmental delays and document findings in detailed assessment reports.
  • Use standardized tools, observational methods, and parent interviews to understand each child’s functional needs.

Therapy & Intervention

  • Develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each child’s specific goals using neuro affirming approaches
  • Provide evidence-based OT interventions focusing on sensory integration, fine motor development, handwriting, motor planning, ADLs and play skills
  • Support children with self-regulation, attention, behaviour management, and functional independence.Recommend adaptive tools, sensory diets, and intervention strategies where appropriate.

Collaboration & Support

  • Work closely with parents, caregivers, and educators to support therapy goals.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (speech therapists, psychologists, special educators, etc.) for holistic child development.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss child progress and adjust treatment plans.
  • Provide training, home-based activities, and sensory strategies for families and teachers.

Monitoring & Documentation

  • Regularly monitor and document child progress.
  • Update therapy plans based on progress and developmental changes.
  • Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely therapy notes and clinical records.
  • Prepare progress reports for parents, schools, or healthcare professionals.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor/Master in Occupational Therapy (BOT/MOT) – mandatory

Certification: Valid license/registration with AIOTA

Experience: 0–5 years of experience; freshers are welcome

Languages: Proficiency in English is a must; Hindi or Telugu is an added advantage.

Location: Nanakramguda, Hyderabad
