Job Description

As an Occupancy Planner at JLL, you'll play a crucial role in shaping a brighter future for our clients and colleagues. Leveraging your expertise, you will optimize space utilization, enhance workplace efficiency, and create environments that promote team success. By collaborating with diverse stakeholders, you will develop strategic occupancy plans aligned with our clients" business objectives and cultural values. Your responsibilities will include: - Analyzing current space utilization and devising data-driven occupancy strategies. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement space plans. - Conducting regular occupancy audits and providing improvement recommendations. - Managing space allocation requests and coordinating moves, adds, and changes. - Developing and maintaining occupancy reports and dashboards for stakeholders. - Identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency enhancements in space utilization. - Ensuring compliance with workplace standards and regulations. Desired experience and technical skills: - Master's degree in Facilities Management or related field. - Professional certifications such as CFM or IFMA. - Proficiency in BIM software and technologies. - Knowledge of sustainability practices in workplace design. - Familiarity with change management principles. - Experience in a global corporate environment. - Demonstrated ability to drive innovation in space planning and utilization. Required Skills and Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Architecture, or related field. - 5+ years of experience in occupancy planning or related role. - Proficiency in AutoCAD and space management software. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines. - Knowledge of workplace trends and best practices in space utilization.
