Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

3-5+ years' experience with observability tools, including Datadog, New Relic, and Splunk SignalFx.
Strong knowledge of APM (Application Performance Monitoring), Infrastructure Monitoring, Real User Monitoring (RUM), and Synthetic Monitoring.
Hands-on experience configuring agents, integrations, custom metrics, and dashboards.
Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) monitoring and cost optimization practices.
Good experience and knowledge of Ansible automation. Good to have experience in other automation scripting (Python, Terraform, etc.).
Understanding of distributed systems, microservices architectures, and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
Proficient in log analysis, metric collection strategies, and anomaly detection.
Knowledge of Open Telemetry architecture, ability to deploy and manage Open Telemetry collectors and familiarity in setting up exporters to Datadog/New Relic/Splunk Signal FX .
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Basic knowledge of ITIL processes.
Excellent communication skills for collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.
