OBD Process Executive

Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our outbound process team. The role involves making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to offer services, conduct surveys, follow up on inquiries, or collect information. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers for sales, lead generation, feedback, or reminders. Promote products/services, explain features and benefits, and close sales (if sales-based). Maintain detailed records of all conversations and update customer data. Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics. Handle customer queries professionally and escalate complex issues to seniors. Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned. Coordinate with internal teams (sales/support/logistics) for smooth operations. Required Skills:Strong verbal communication skills in [Language(s) - e.g., English, Hindi]. Persuasive and customer-oriented approach. Basic computer knowledge – MS Excel, CRM software, call center tools. Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated. Qualifications:Minimum 12th pass or graduate. 0–2 years of experience in outbound calling / telesales / BPO preferred. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
