Role Summary We are looking for a dynamic and communicative Nutritionist to join our team in Whitefield, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will play a dual role in engaging with customers and industry peers while promoting and supporting our cutting-edge health solutions. The role will involve client counselling, B2B collaboration, product awareness, and purchase facilitation. Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement & Counselling: Conduct personalized consultations for customers, interpret reports, and guide them through tailored nutritional and lifestyle recommendations. B2B Partner Interaction: Connect and network with fellow nutritionists, wellness experts, and B2B partners to promote Bione’s products and services. Product Presentation: Clearly explain the science and value of our DNA and gut microbiome testing solutions to both individuals and business clients.Help guide the customer or partner through the purchase journey, resolving any doubts and improving conversion rates.Support users in understanding their genetic and gut health reports, and offer practical, actionable advice based on findings.Work with marketing, product, and sales teams to relay customer insights and optimize service delivery. Qualifications & Skills Sales Facilitation: Report Interpretation: Collaboration with Internal Teams: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related health sciences. 1–3 years of experience in a client-facing nutrition role; experience in wellness tech or health products is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills — fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Kannada or Hindi is an advantage. Ability to explain scientific concepts in a simple and convincing way.
