Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses in nutrition-related subjects (e.g., medical nutrition therapy, community nutrition, food science, metabolism). Develop and revise course materials in accordance with current evidence-based practices. Conduct and publish research in nutrition or related fields. Mentor and advise students on academic and career goals. Serve on departmental, college, and university committees. Participate in accreditation, assessment, and program development activities.
