As a Nurturance Officer at Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited, you will be part of the Fluid Dynamics (electric pump) division, based in Tamilnadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana. Your main role will involve implementing strategic initiatives and providing comprehensive training to newly appointed distributors. This position focuses on market development, with a key responsibility of training distributor sales representatives and ensuring effective product placement in the retail market. You will play a crucial role in introducing products to new retailers, with the goal of achieving improved sales performance. While there are no specific sales targets, your efforts will be instrumental in expanding the market reach of our products. Extensive travel to new distributor locations is required, with a minimum stay of 60 days to provide hands-on training and support before moving to the next location. This is an off-role position initially, offering the potential to transition to an on-role employee based on performance. To excel in this role, you should possess experience in marketing, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse communities and teams. Proficiency in local languages such as Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, or Kannada is essential. A Bachelor's degree in Commerce or a related field is preferred.
