Job Description

1. Nursing Tutor Conduct theory and practical classes as per INC/University norms. Guide students during clinical postings in hospitals. Monitor and evaluate student performance regularly. Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and teaching materials. Participate in curriculum planning and academic audits. Maintain student records and contribute to internal assessments. Provide mentorship and counseling to students. 2. Nursing Lecturer Teach advanced nursing subjects to B.Sc/GNM students. Develop research-based and innovative teaching practices. Supervise student projects, thesis work, and presentations. Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and training programs. Engage in academic and professional development activities. Conduct internal and university exams as per schedule. 3. Administrator Oversee all administrative functions of the college. Coordinate with academic, accounts, and HR departments. Maintain documentation for regulatory bodies like INC, RUHS, and PNRC. Supervise office staff and manage student records, leave, and attendance. Handle communications with stakeholders and authorities. Ensure smooth execution of daily operations and admissions. 4. Accountant Maintain accurate financial statements and records. Handle daily accounting entries, billing, and fee collection. Prepare budgets, audits, and expense reports. Process salaries and maintain staff payroll records. Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance. Operate Tally or other accounting software efficiently. Preferred Candidate Profile 1. Nursing Tutor B.Sc Nursing with valid registration (M.Sc preferred). Freshers can apply; experience will be an added advantage. Good command over English and Hindi languages. Passionate about teaching and student development. 2. Nursing Lecturer M.Sc Nursing in any specialty from a recognized institute. Minimum 12 years teaching experience preferred. Should be well-versed with INC and university guidelines. Strong communication, planning, and leadership skills. 3. Administrator Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA in Administration preferred). Minimum 2 years experience in college or hospital administration. Proficient in MS Office, email, and documentation. Strong coordination, multitasking, and decision-making skills. 4. Accountant B.Com / M.Com / MBA in Finance with Tally proficiency. At least 1–2 years experience in accounting roles. Knowledge of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and audits. Accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality are essential.
