Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver lectures and practical training sessions on various nursing subjects.
Assess and evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and practical skills.
Mentor and provide individualized support to nursing students.
Develop, update, and implement curricula and instructional resources.
Coordinate with clinical staff to arrange and supervise students' clinical placements.
Ensure that educational practices adhere to institutional and regulatory standards.
Stay current with advancements in the nursing field to keep course content updated.
Strong understanding of nursing practices and curriculum development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate students.

Qualification:

B.Sc Nursing / Post B.Sc Nursing/ M.Sc Nursing with registered Nurse.
Minimum 1 Year or above Experience in Clinical or Teaching.
