Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Nursing Supervisor Trainer based in Mysore. The Nursing Supervisor Trainer will be responsible for overseeing nursing staff, ensuring high standards of patient care, conducting training sessions for new and existing nurses, and implementing best practices in nursing management. The role also includes collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, monitoring patient care plans, and ensuring compliance with clinical protocols and government regulations.

• Skills in Nursing Management and Nursing
• Experience in Medicine and Critical Care Medicine
• Abilities in Patient Care
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in a supervisory role is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field
• Registered Nurse (RN) certification is required
