Responsibilities and Duties
1. Schedule nurses’ shifts
2. Assign nurses to patients3. Ensure nursing operational standards are met4. Provide reports on productivity, quality and customer service metrics5. Ensure all nurses follow policies and procedures6. Handle complaints or other issues7. Keep records of nurses’ files, patients’ cases and procedures

Skills
1. Proven work experience as a nursing supervisor
2. In-depth knowledge of hospital procedures3. Thorough knowledge of legal regulations and best practices in healthcare
