Job Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Nursing Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising nursing staff, coordinating patient care, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide nursing staff in delivering home healthcare services.
• Monitor patient care plans and ensure proper documentation.
• Coordinate with doctors, patients, and families for smooth care management.
• Conduct training sessions for nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and safety protocols.
• Conduct field visits to patients' homes when required.

Requirements:

• GNM / B.Sc. Nursing qualification (valid registration).
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle emergency situations and provide guidance.
• Two-wheeler license is mandatory (field visits required).
