Role & responsibilities:

1. Nursing Staff (0-2 Years Experience):

• Assist senior nurses and doctors in patient care
  
• Monitor patient vitals and maintain records
  
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of wards and patient areas
  
• Administer medications under supervision
  
• Support patients and families with basic care and information
  

2. Staff Nurse (3-5 Years Experience):

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients independently
  
• Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids as prescribed
  
• Maintain accurate patient records and update medical charts
  
• Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare staff for patient treatment
  
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and health maintenance
  

3. Senior Staff Nurse (5-10 Years Experience):

• Lead and supervise nursing staff in wards and critical areas
  
• Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, patient safety, and quality care
  
• Mentor junior nurses and assist in their professional development
  
• Handle complex patient cases and coordinate multidisciplinary care

Preferred candidate profile

• Educational Qualification:

  GNM / B.Sc. Nursing with valid nursing registration

• Experience:
