Nursing Informatics Specialist / NIS-NCIS-NMIS Trainer

You are a Nursing Informatics Specialist / Trainer based in Tamil Nadu, responsible for training nursing students and supporting digital transformation within clinical settings. Your expertise in Nursing Information Systems (NIS), Nursing Clinical Information Systems (NCIS), and Nursing Management Information Systems (NMIS) will be utilized to enhance system usage and streamline documentation processes. Proficiency in MS Office is crucial for training, reporting, and documentation purposes. Your role involves conducting training sessions for nursing students on NIS/NCIS/NMIS platforms, ensuring optimal use and compliance. You will assist in the implementation and testing of nursing information systems, develop user manuals and training aids, and provide coaching on electronic documentation workflows. Monitoring user feedback, creating reports, and collaborating with various departments for system integration are also part of your responsibilities. To qualify for this position, you should hold a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Nursing, with a Certification or Diploma in Nursing Informatics being an advantage. Additionally, you should have a minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience and 2 years of experience in training or implementing clinical/nursing IT systems.
