Nursing Incharge

Provide direct care to patients based on evidence-based practices, maintain accurate records and uphold the professional standards through continuous education and development. He/ She will maintain high standards of professionalism as outlined in the code of Fernandez Foundation professional conduct.

Role & responsibilities

1. Make sure patient care standards are maintained.

2.Works with professionals from varied disciplines as a team to provide effective medical care to patients that address their diverse health care needs

3. Always handles customers well and finds a solution to the problems/complaints. Always informs and follows up on customer requirements.

4. Is able to follow doctors instructions and execute them on time has clinical knowledge and procedural skills

5. Make sure proper handover/takeover is done in each shift before sending case sheet to medical record recheck and make sure case sheet documentation completed properly.

6. Maintains a good interpersonal relationship with various departments of the hospital.

7. Regular checking of medical and other equipements of the ward and inform Bio-medical department in case of any malfunctions.

8. Motivates employees and co-workers in performing duties needed to be accomplished

9. Train the junior staff, to utilize the resources economically

Preferred/Mandatory candidate profile

GNM/B. Sc/ M. Sc Nursing with valid registration and with 6-11 years of experience.
