Job Description

Dr. Aravind's IVF Hospital is looking for a skilled and compassionate Nursing In-charge to lead our nursing team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities and a deep understanding of fertility treatments and patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Care and Clinical Duties

• Oversee daily patient care activities in the IVF unit.
• Ensure all nursing procedures and protocols are followed correctly.
• Assist doctors with fertility treatments, including egg retrievals and embryo transfers.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, medications, and aftercare.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.

Leadership and Management

• Supervise, train, and mentor the nursing staff.
• Develop and manage nursing schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations for the nursing team.
• Ensure the unit meets all quality and safety standards.
• Manage inventory of medical supplies and equipment.

Communication and Collaboration

• Act as the primary point of contact between nursing staff, doctors, and hospital administration.
• Address and resolve any patient or staff issues promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth hospital operations.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.SC Nursing) or a Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM).
• A valid nursing license.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a hospital or fertility clinic.
• Strong knowledge of IVF procedures and reproductive health.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
