Nurses ( GNM / Bsc Nursing )

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse with a background in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc Nursing) to join our eye care department. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient care and experience in ophthalmology is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in the eye care department, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
• Assist with eye examinations, treatments, and procedures under the supervision of ophthalmologists and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients and their families about eye health, post-operative care, and medication management.
• Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs, reporting any changes to the medical team.
• Administer medications and assist with the preparation of patients for surgery or diagnostic tests.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with hospital policies.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards at all times.

Qualifications:

• Valid nursing degree (GNM or BSc Nursing) from an accredited institution.
• Current nursing license (valid in [Insert State/Country]).
• Previous experience in ophthalmology or eye care is highly preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
