Early Childhood & Day-Care Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians to support their childs development.

Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance curriculum, sharing best practices and innovative teaching strategies.

Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment that respects diversity and promotes equality.

Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and best practices.

Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and the community to foster strong relationships and support student success.

Support the emotional and social development of children, helping them build confidence and resilience.

Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment that supports children's learning and development.

Observe, assess, and document children's progress and development.

Maintain open communication with parents through regular updates, meetings, and progress reports.

Collaborate with other teachers and staff to plan events and activities.

Encourage childrens independence and support their emotional and social development.

Ensure classroom cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development workshops.

Times - 8:30am to 2:30pm - Monday to Saturday
