As a member of the QHT Clinic nursing staff, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality patient care and assist our doctors in clinical operations. Your role will require a combination of strong clinical knowledge, effective communication skills, and a patient-centric approach to ensure the well-being of our patients. Your key responsibilities will include providing nursing care to patients following medical protocols, assisting doctors during consultations, procedures, and treatments, administering prescribed medicines, injections, and IV fluids, monitoring patients" vital signs, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, you will be expected to uphold proper hygiene, safety, and infection-control practices, educate patients and their families on post-treatment care and health management, manage medical equipment, instruments, and consumables, and provide support during clinic operations and emergency responses as needed.
