ICARE Eye Hospital, located in Noida, is equipped with state-of-the-art diagnostic, curative, and surgical equipment in ophthalmology. Staffed by highly qualified and motivated medical, paramedical, and support personnel, ICARE provides comprehensive diagnosis, treatment, and surgical services across various ocular sub-specialties comparable to international standards. The hospital's OPD includes nine sub-specialty clinics that examine and treat over 700 walk-in patients daily. As part of its Outreach Programme, ICARE also offers eye care services to underprivileged rural populations, screening and treating around 150,000 people and performing approximately 8,000 surgeries annually at a free or subsidized cost.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Nurse located in Noida. The Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, assisting in surgeries, administering medications, and conducting follow-up visits. Duties will include monitoring patients' conditions, maintaining medical records, and coordinating with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. The Nurse will also educate patients and their families about post-operative care and preventative measures.

Qualifications

• Patient care experience including monitoring and administration of medications
• Proficiency in assisting with medical procedures and surgeries
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient education and collaboration with healthcare teams
• Strong organizational skills to maintain medical records and manage follow-up visits
• Knowledge of ophthalmologic practices and equipment
• Registered Nurse (RN) certification and relevant nursing degree
• Experience in an ophthalmology setting is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
