Erito Clinic – Nurse Job Requirement

Position: Staff Nurse
Location: Erito Clinic
Job Type: Full-time
Work Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (1 day off per week)

Qualification

• GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) or B.Sc. Nursing (Registered with State Nursing Council)
• Minimum 1 years of clinical experience

• Patient Care & Communication
• Warm and polite interaction with patients
• Explaining treatment pre- and post-care instructions
• Clinical Skills
• IV infusion setup
• Blood sample collection
• Assistance in minor procedures (laser, PRP, chemical peels, GFC, Botox/fillers support)
• Wound dressing & basic first aid
• Aseptic Techniques
• Sterilization of instruments
• Maintaining hygiene protocols
• Documentation
• Recording patient vitals
• Maintaining treatment notes and consent forms

Responsibilities

• Assist doctor during consultations and procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment before each session
• Monitor patients during and after treatment for safety
• Maintain stock of consumables (needles, syringes, gloves, disinfectants)
• Educate patients on home care after treatment
• Ensure compliance with clinic safety and hygiene guidelines

Soft Skills

• Good communication in English & local language
• Empathetic and patient-focused attitude
• Ability to work calmly under pressure
