Nurse Educator

As an Active Registered Nurse (RN) with a Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSc Nursing) or preferably a Masters degree (MSc Nursing) in Punjab, you will be expected to have a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, particularly in the healthcare field. Your strong knowledge of nursing theory, clinical practice, and teaching techniques will be crucial for this role, along with prior experience in teaching and training healthcare professionals. You should not be more than 35 years of age by 31st October 2024 to be eligible for this position. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and delivering educational programs for nursing staff, with a keen focus on enhancing their clinical skills, patient care, and safety protocols. You will be required to conduct orientation programs for new nurses and provide ongoing in-service training to improve the skills and knowledge of the existing staff. Evaluation of the training programs" effectiveness, based on feedback and assessment, and implementing necessary improvements will be part of your routine tasks. Collaborating with clinical teams to align training with hospital policies and current best practices is essential. Additionally, providing mentorship and support to nursing staff to aid in their professional development will be a key aspect of your role. Maintaining accurate records of training sessions, staff progress, and certification requirements is crucial to ensure compliance and track the staff's development. This position is full-time and is open to fresher candidates. The work schedule includes day shifts, morning shifts, and weekend availability. A performance bonus is also part of the benefits package. The position requires you to be able to commute or relocate to Ludhiana, Punjab before starting work. Ideally, you should have at least 1 year of total work experience, although this is preferred and not mandatory.
