Role & responsibilities Job Title: Assistant Manager Finance (FP&A) Location: Bengaluru Department: Finance Reports To: Finance Business Partner Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Assistant Manager – Finance (FP&A) to join our team. This role will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong financial modelling skills and the ability to provide insights that drive business performance. Key Responsibilities: Drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Prepare and analyze financial reports, identifying trends and variances. Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and investment decisions. Collaborate and work closely with cross-functional teams for inputs that help in financial modelling and provide financial insights and strategic recommendations. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations. Support month-end and year-end closing activities with financial analysis and reporting. Assist in cost control initiatives and financial risk assessment. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and reporting requirements.
