Description
As a Network Services Platform (NSP) Specialist at Nokia, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful deployment and integration of NSP solutions for our customers. Your responsibilities include designing, validating, and optimizing network management solutions tailored to meet customer needs. Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and sales teams, you will deliver high-quality professional services to help customers maximize the benefits of their NSP deployments. Your main tasks will involve capturing customer requirements, designing deployment strategies, and ensuring smooth implementation through rigorous validation and troubleshooting. You will work closely with global teams, product management, and customers to enhance Nokia's professional service offerings and customer experience. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide expert consultation on NSP deployments in both physical and virtual/cloud environments. You will be responsible for designing and documenting high-level and low-level Network Management/OSS deployment strategies, developing and validating configuration and migration procedures, and defining and executing acceptance test strategies. Troubleshooting and resolving complex deployment challenges, conducting workshops, and collaborating with global teams and Product Line Management will also be part of your responsibilities. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Telecom, or Software Engineering, along with 7-12 years of experience in Telecom or Software companies. Strong knowledge of hypervisor technologies, experience with Cloud Computing platforms, and understanding of Network Management & API protocols are essential. Additionally, having a solid grasp of IP Networking, Routing, Service Topologies, software development experience, and knowledge of Software Defined Networking (SDN) and Network Function Virtualization (NFV) would be advantageous.
