Roles and Responsibilities:
Key performance area:
1. Should know Sheet metal design & developments and manufacturing process like turret, laser, welding, Press brake
2. Process Planning and new product development (NPD)
3. Design as per application & Specifications, provide materials to customer
4. Exposure in sheet metal fabrication.
5. Engineering standards followed by selection of Raw Material for the required products Creation of Bill of Materials for Raw material, Individual Components and Assembly Independently sheet metal components
6. Technical reviews of deliverable
7. Good Experience in Team center and release process (ECR and ECN)
8. Good approach in working with cross functional Teams and senior management
9. Should Know special process knowledge like powder coating, plating, anodization
1. Auto Cad, Solid works, GD&T
2. SAP or equivalent ERP knowledge
3. Problem-Solving: Ability to address customer issues promptly and find solutions collaboratively.
4. Attention to Detail: Accuracy in order processing, data entry, and report preparation.
5. Proficiency in MS Office: Familiarity with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for creating reports and presentations.
