As an ideal candidate for this position, you should possess a total experience of 10 years or more in the FMCG industry, specifically in Plastics & Steel, with a preference for candidates holding an Engineering degree and an MBA. The role is based in Okhla Phase 2 and requires candidates with Immediate/15 days/30 days Notice Period. Your primary responsibilities will include leading and coordinating cross-functional teams across the product development lifecycle, aligning product vision and strategy with business goals and market trends, and conducting market research to identify customer needs and opportunities. You will be tasked with developing and managing product roadmaps, timelines, and budgets, as well as overseeing design, prototyping, and testing phases to ensure adherence to product specifications. Collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams will be crucial to optimize product quality and manufacturability. You will implement agile methodologies and best practices to improve product development processes and work closely with marketing and sales teams to devise effective go-to-market strategies and product positioning. Monitoring product performance post-launch, integrating feedback into future development, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations are key aspects of this role. Effective stakeholder communication, regular updates on product progress and milestones, and continuous analysis of competitive offerings and market dynamics to drive product innovation will be essential. A strong understanding of PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) levels - T0, T1, T2, stability of NPD (New Product Development) Supply Mapping, and forecast finalization are required to excel in this position. Your ability to navigate complex product development processes, optimize supply chains, and drive innovation while maintaining quality standards will be critical to success in this role.,
