Role Overview: As a Sr. Executive NPD in the Pharma Business at the Mumbai office, you will be responsible for overseeing various post-product finalization activities to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards. Your role will involve managing brand names, artwork, packaging, and product master data. The ideal candidate will have experience in private label companies and a strong background in pharmaceutical regulations and marketing. Key Responsibilities: - Master Data Management: - Create and manage product master data, including brand names, brand ID, and active status for existing and upcoming products. - Maintain accurate records of product photographs in the master data. - Ensure timely editing and publication of product details on the website. - Update the company website with live product information. - Review of Artwork and Packaging: - Collaborate with external vendors to provide necessary details for product artwork and packaging. - Review product-related artwork to ensure compliance with rules and regulations. - Design and inspect packaging to ensure accuracy and compliance. - Approve artwork shared by vendors. Qualification Required: - Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in retail pharmacies or e-pharmacies. - Strong knowledge of brand management, product artwork, packaging design, and regulatory compliance. - Excellent communication and coordination skills. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for managing product data and artwork.,
