Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage new product development projects from concept to production, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing customized solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for design development, prototyping, testing, and validation of new products.
Ensure compliance with APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) processes to meet quality standards.
Coordinate PPAP documentation preparation and submission for regulatory approval.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-10 years of experience in NPD management or related field.
Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Any Specialization.
Strong understanding of AutoCAD, Solid Works, and other CAD software tools; proficiency in design development using these tools.
Excellent customer handling skills with ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
