Salary Package: ₹3–7 LPA (based on experience and expertise)
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in cosmetics formulation (skincare & haircare)
Industry Preference: Only candidates from Cosmetics / Personal Care / Beauty / Skincare / Haircare sectors will be considered
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end formulation of skincare and haircare products
Develop product briefs, ingredient lists, and claims
Coordinate with third-party labs and manufacturers for trials
Evaluate samples, suggest improvements, and finalize formulations
Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards
Collaborate with packaging and design teams for product launches
Stay updated on global cosmetic trends and innovations
Must-Have Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related field
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in cosmetic formulation
Strong knowledge of ingredients, textures, and market trends
Excellent coordination and documentation skills
Passion for clean beauty and product innovation
