Job Description

This position is responsible for handling moderate to complex inquiries, addressing various types of policies and billing inquiries from internal or external customers in an efficient, professional, and accurate manner. You will be resolving service concerns while documenting customer requests and completing changes to policies. Your service to customers may include inbound/outbound calls, incoming correspondence, other communication sources, and call transfers for service transactions. Inputs and tracks into the appropriate databases. Remain current on new marketing campaigns to respond appropriately to marketing-related inquiries using all available resource tools. You should be able to handle any requests regarding customer documentation, including all documents sent out by the company, and clearly explain them, including any necessary follow-ups required on the customer's part and updates as warranted. A working knowledge of insurance policies and related processes and procedures is essential for this role. You will demonstrate accuracy in processing changes to customer policies based on the information provided, identify opportunities for cross-sales if applicable, employ probing questions, actively listen to customer issues or questions, show interest and compassion, display empathy for the caller's situation, and ensure facilitation of first call resolution and customer satisfaction on all transactions handled. You will also be responsible for resolving routine, complex, and unique questions/issues. Education Required: - Only Commerce or Arts Graduates batch (2024/2025). A graduation degree is mandatory. Experience: - Freshers with a Commerce or Arts Graduation degree.
