Non-Stick Production Head

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and oversee daily production activities in Auto Polish and Non-Stick coating lines.
• Ensure adherence to production targets, cycle times, and dispatch timelines.
• Optimize manpower allocation and line balancing for maximum productivity.
• Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for polishing, buffing, spray coating, curing, and oven processes.
• Monitor and control process parameters (grit size, polishing sequence, coating spray thickness, curing temperature/time).
• Coordinate with QA, in-process quality checks, and end-line inspections.
• Ensure finish quality in polishing (scratch-free, uniform shine).
• Coordinate with maintenance for preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Monitor machine efficiencies from time to time.
• Enforce safety protocols for chemical handling, spraying operations, polishing tools, and ovens.
• Raise indents and coordinate with stores for timely availability of consumables.
• Reduce wastage and ensure FIFO usage of coatings.
• Lead and manage supervisors, operators, and contract manpower across polishing and coating lines.
• Conduct regular training on SOPs, safety practices, and quality standards.
• Foster a culture of discipline, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Innovate on polishing techniques and coating methods to improve throughput.

Skills & Qualification:

• Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in cookware/utensils manufacturing.
• Minimum 5 years of experience handling Auto Polish & Non-Stick Coating department.
• Experience in managing teams and high-volume production.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
