Non Rotary Equipment Mechatronics FSE

As a Mechatronics Specialist in the Beverage industry/FHPC, your role will involve executing Mechanical, Electrical works, and Automation troubleshooting. This includes tasks such as cable wiring, Mechanical installation & adjustment, and PLC program logical analysis. You will also need to operate Mechanical systems and HMI for regular activities and troubleshooting according to Standard Operating Procedures. Additionally, you will be required to test and evaluate equipment performance at customer plants based on technical, contractual, and safety specifications. Ensuring customer satisfaction, reporting after sales opportunities, and adhering to SOPs and customer rules are also key responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Execute Mechanical, Electrical works, and Automation troubleshooting - Operate Mechanical systems and HMI for regular activities and troubleshooting - Test and evaluate equipment performance at customer plant - Handle, check, and transfer equipment non-conformities - Submit working time and technical reports regularly - Ensure customer satisfaction - Perform activities in line with SOPs, Sidel coordination plan rules, and customer rules - Report after sales opportunities detected on Customer site Qualifications Required: - Knowledgeable with basic PLC management (Siemens/Allen Bradley/Mitsubishi/Fanuc Robot/B&R/Schneider) - Proficient in Pneumatics, reading electrical diagrams, mechanical drawings, and line layout - Technical background in Mechatronics/Electromechanical - Willingness to travel (up to 90% in an international environment) - 3 years of working experience in related field activities - Experience in the beverage industry or equivalent - Knowledge of Sidel Portfolio is a plus (Conveyor, Tunnel, Overwrapping, Packer, Depalletizer, Palletizer, etc.) - Knowledge of process machinery downstream SIDEL equipment - Graduate of Mechatronics Engineering/Electromechanical Engineering or equivalent No additional details about the company were included in the job description.,
