Position: Non-IT Recruiter (6 months contractor role) Experience: 0.5 - 5 years Location: Bangalore - HYBRID twice a week Technology Number of Positions: 1 Required Skills Non-IT Recruitment KPO/BPO background Excellent communication skills (as candidate will be evaluating and talking to people from top positions as well). 1-3 Years of Experience in sourcing, and managing end to end TA (Non IT hiring). Relevant experience in doing mid-level hiring. Someone who is smart and takes accountability and ownership. Experience of working on niche roles would help. Experience of sourcing from LinkedIn is mandatory. Additionally, sourcing from other job portals like Naukri, iimjobs.com will also help. Good with ops and ATS. Show more Show less
