As a Recruitment (AM/DM) at our company located in Gurgaon (Udyog Vihar), your primary responsibilities will include: - Handling recruitment activities on an all India level through various sources - Managing the complete recruitment cycle efficiently - Conducting interviews, discussing offers with prospective candidates, and performing other related functions - Conducting salary negotiations with potential hires - Conducting reference checks and collecting all necessary documents from new joiners - Ensuring smooth onboarding process and being responsible until the candidate joins the organization In terms of qualifications, we are looking for candidates with: - 4 to 8 years of relevant experience - Master's degree is preferred Please note that the work location is in person at Sector 18, Gurugram.
