Node.js Developer

You will be joining a leading technology company specializing in advanced 3D applications for the AEC industry as a Node.js Back-End Developer. Your role will involve building and maintaining the server-side logic of a 3D graphics application, designing and optimizing RESTful API endpoints, and collaborating with various teams to deliver high-performance web applications. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining server-side applications using the MERN stack, integrating with third-party APIs, ensuring system reliability, scalability, and security, writing clean and efficient code, and staying updated with emerging Node.js technologies. You will also be responsible for writing test cases, debugging back-end issues, and collaborating with DevOps and cloud platforms for application deployment and management. To be successful in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, a strong understanding of RESTful APIs, experience as a backend developer, proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), knowledge of databases, and familiarity with version control systems. You should also possess problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to technical challenges. Desirable skills and experiences include proficiency with Node.js and Express, knowledge of OpenAPI schema, familiarity with DevOps concepts like CI/CD, experience with GitHub, ReactJS/Redux, NoSQL databases, Agile development environments, and 3D Graphics or Unity3D. Additionally, experience in leading Code Reviews, designing system architecture, and working with product teams to translate user journeys into functional requirements would be advantageous.
