Node.js Developer

As a Node.js Developer at a technology services company operating in the B2B SaaS & telecom-enabled services sector, your role will involve designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable Node.js services and RESTful APIs using Express.js. You will be responsible for handling high concurrency and low-latency SLAs, as well as authoring efficient data access code using MongoDB, optimizing queries, aggregation pipelines, and cursor-driven streaming for large datasets. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and maintain scalable Node.js services and RESTful APIs using Express.js - Author efficient data access code using MongoDB, optimize queries, aggregation pipelines, and cursor-driven streaming - Own end-to-end feature delivery including API contracts, implementation, integration tests, and deployment readiness in CI/CD pipelines - Diagnose performance issues and implement improvements such as indexing, query tuning, caching, connection pooling, and async patterns - Write unit and integration tests, perform code reviews, and enforce coding standards to maintain reliability and code quality - Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams to ship features on-site, participate in sprint planning, and support production incidents when required Qualifications Required: Must-Have: - Node.js - Express.js - JavaScript (ES6+) - MongoDB - MongoDB Cursor - RESTful APIs Preferred: - Git - Docker - TypeScript In this role, you will work in an on-site, collaborative engineering environment in India, focusing on rapid delivery and operational excellence.
