As a highly skilled Node.js Developer with a minimum of 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining server-side applications using Node.js. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet our clients' needs. Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain server-side applications using Node.js. - Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. - Design and implement scalable and high-performance APIs. - Write efficient, reusable, and testable code. - Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. - Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise. - Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in Node.js development. - Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand and translate requirements into technical solutions. - Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. - Continuously improve development processes and workflows. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). - Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Node.js development. - Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript. - Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture. - Experience with popular Node.js frameworks and libraries (e.g., Express, NestJS). - Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript) is a plus. - Experience with database systems such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL. - Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). - Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work effectively in an Agile development environment. Optional Qualifications: - Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). - Knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful API design. - Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. - Experience with Redis, Elasticsearch. - Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
