About the Role: We’re looking for a talented Node.js Backend Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate is passionate about building robust backend systems and has strong practical knowledge of tools and libraries commonly used in real-world applications. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js Work with Kafka , RabbitMQ , or similar message brokers for asynchronous processing Build RESTful APIs using Express (or similar frameworks) Collaborate with frontend developers and other team members via Git and pull requests Consume and integrate third-party APIs using Axios or similar HTTP clients Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code following best practices Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes Required Skills: 3+ years of backend development experience with Node.js Strong experience with Express.js Solid understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture Practical experience with Kafka , RabbitMQ , or other message queues Good knowledge of API integration using tools like Axios Strong command of Git , including branching, pull requests, and code reviews Familiarity with RESTful APIs , JSON , and general HTTP communication Experience with databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or similar) Team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills Nice-to-Have: Experience with NestJS Familiarity with unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jest , Mocha ) Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment Basic knowledge of Docker (not mandatory) What We Offer: Competitive compensation Flexible work environment Opportunity to work on meaningful, real-world systems Supportive and skilled development team Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Commuter assistance Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Connaught Place, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Back-end development: 3 years (Required) Node.js: 3 years (Required) Work Location: In person
