Job Description

Node.js & AWS Developer

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and optimize backend applications using
Node.js
.
Design and implement
serverless architectures
using
AWS Lambda functions
.
Build and maintain
RESTful APIs
and microservices.
Work with
Amazon DynamoDB
for designing high-performing NoSQL data models.
Deploy, manage, and monitor applications using
AWS services
such as API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, IAM, and SNS.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate deployments using AWS tools (CI/CD, CloudFormation or CDK).
Implement best practices in code quality, testing, and performance optimization.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with a strong sense of urgency.
Work in an agile environment and collaborate with product owners and designers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong proficiency in
Node.js
, JavaScript/TypeScript.
Hands-on experience with
AWS Lambda
and serverless computing.
Good understanding of
microservice architecture
and distributed systems.
Experience working with
DynamoDB
or other NoSQL databases.
Knowledge of API Gateway, S3, CloudWatch, IAM, SNS/SQS.
Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, ECS/EKS) is a plus.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of REST APIs, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and security best practices.
Experience with Git, code reviews, and Agile processes.
