Node js & Typescript (Senior) developer

We are seeking a skilled Node.js + TypeScript Developer to become a valuable part of our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess significant experience in constructing scalable and efficient backend services utilizing Node.js and TypeScript, including Testcases. Your primary responsibilities will involve the development and upkeep of server-side logic to ensure high performance and responsiveness to front-end requests, as well as collaborating with diverse teams. Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js and TypeScript. - Implement RESTful APIs. - Collaborate with front-end developers to merge user-facing elements with server-side logic. - Ensure applications are optimized for performance, scalability, and security. - Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code. - Troubleshoot and debug applications. - Implement data storage solutions, including SQL and NoSQL databases. - Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in backend technologies. Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications: - Minimum of 5 years of backend development experience with Node.js. - Profound proficiency in TypeScript and its modern features. - Familiarity with RESTful APIs. - Understanding of server-side templating languages and contemporary authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, etc.). - Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB). - Knowledge of Git and version control systems. - Proficiency in writing unit and integration tests using tools such as Jest or Mocha. - Understanding of Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices. - Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker. - Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and deploying Node.js applications.
