Node Js Developer

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain

  Node.js applications

  and

  microservices

  deployed on

  Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

  .
• Build and optimize

  RESTful APIs

  and backend services ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Develop and manage cloud-native applications using

  GCP services

  such as

  GKE, Cloud Functions, Cloud SQL, Firestore, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage

  , and

  Cloud Build

  .
• Implement

  CI/CD pipelines

  using tools like

  Cloud Build, Jenkins, or GitLab CI

  for automated builds, testing, and deployments.
• Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following modern

  JavaScript (ES6+)

  and

  Node.js

  best practices.
• Work with

  Docker

  and

  Kubernetes

  for containerization, orchestration, and deployment of applications.
• Manage

  infrastructure as code (IaC)

  using

  Terraform

  or similar tools for provisioning and maintaining GCP resources.
• Integrate

  logging, monitoring, and alerting

  solutions using

  GCP Operations Suite (Cloud Monitoring, Logging, Trace)

  .
• Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, and product teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
  
• Conduct

  code reviews, performance tuning, and debugging

  to maintain code quality and reliability.
• Ensure application security and compliance with cloud best practices.
  
• Participate in

  agile ceremonies

  (sprint planning, retrospectives, stand-ups) and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Provide

  technical documentation

  and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
