Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure server-side applications using
Node.js
Build RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
Work closely with frontend developers, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Integrate and optimize
MongoDB, PostgreSQL
, or other relational/non-relational databases
Write unit, integration, and performance tests to ensure software reliability
Lead and mentor a team of developers and participate in code reviews
Collaborate in Agile/Scrum development processes
Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines

Required Skills and Experience:

7+ years of experience in backend development with
Node.js
Strong understanding of
JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript
is a plus
Expertise in working with
Express.js, NestJS
, or similar frameworks
Solid experience with
databases
like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL
Good knowledge of
asynchronous programming, event-driven architecture
Familiarity with
Docker, Kubernetes
, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Experience with
message brokers
(RabbitMQ, Kafka) is a plus
Strong knowledge of
Git, CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
Familiarity with security best practices and performance tuning
