Node JS Dev with Restful API, Docker

As a Senior Mobile Developer with 7+ years of experience in building scalable and robust mobile applications, you will be responsible for architecting and developing full-stack mobile solutions in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Your expertise in mobile development (iOS and/or Android) will be crucial, along with backend integration using Node.js, RESTful APIs, Docker, and AWS cloud services. **Role Overview:** You will interpret the application/feature/component design to develop the same in accordance with specifications. Your key responsibilities will include coding, debugging, testing, documenting, and communicating product/component/feature development stages. Additionally, you will select appropriate technical options for development, optimize efficiency, cost, and quality, and influence and improve customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** - Code as per design and follow coding standards - Review code for team and peers - Create/review templates, checklists, guidelines, and standards for design/process/development - Review and create unit test cases, scenarios, and execution - Contribute to the creation of design/architecture for Applications/Features/Business Components/Data Models - Estimate effort for projects and provide input for effort estimation - Manage delivery of modules and/or manage user stories - Perform defect RCA and mitigation - Consume and contribute to project-related documents - Execute and monitor release process - Clarify requirements and provide guidance to the development team - Set FAST goals, provide feedback, and ensure team engagement - Take relevant domain/technology certifications **Qualifications Required:** - Hands-on experience in Node.js for building and maintaining backend services - Strong ability to consume and design REST APIs for mobile apps - Practical knowledge in containerization and managing environments using Docker - Experience with AWS services like EC2, S3, Lambda, and API Gateway - Experience with React Native, Swift, Kotlin, or Flutter (Preferred) - Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices - Knowledge of GraphQL is a plus - Strong debugging and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities **About UST:** UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider with over 20 years of experience.
