Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Mobile Developer with 7+ years of experience in building scalable and robust mobile applications, you will be responsible for architecting and developing full-stack mobile solutions in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Your expertise in mobile development (iOS and/or Android) and backend integration using Node.js, RESTful APIs, Docker, and AWS cloud services will be crucial for the success of the projects. Key Responsibilities: - Interpret the application/feature/component design to develop the same in accordance with specifications - Code, debug, test, document, and communicate product/component/feature development stages - Validate results with user representatives; integrate and commission the overall solution - Select appropriate technical options for development such as reusing, improving, or reconfiguring existing components or creating own solutions - Optimize efficiency, cost, and quality - Influence and improve customer satisfaction - Set FAST goals for self/team and provide feedback to FAST goals of team members - Adhere to engineering process and standards (coding standards) - Adhere to project schedule/timelines - Review code for team and peers - Create/review templates, checklists, guidelines, standards for design/process/development - Define and govern configuration management plan - Review and create unit test cases, scenarios, and execution - Advise Software Developers on design and development of features and components with a deep understanding of the business problem being addressed for the client - Manage delivery of modules and/or manage user stories - Perform defect RCA and mitigation - Create and provide input for effort estimation for projects - Consume and contribute to project-related documents, SharePoint libraries, and client universities - Execute and monitor release process - Contribute to the creation of design (HLD LLD SAD)/architecture for Applications/Features/Business Components/Data Models - Clarify requirements and provide guidance to development team - Set FAST goals and provide feedback to team members - Take relevant domain/technology certification Qualifications Required: - Strong expertise in mobile development (iOS and/or Android) - Experience in building and maintaining backend services using Node.js - Strong ability to consume and design REST APIs for mobile apps - Practical knowledge in containerization and managing environments for development and deployment using Docker - Experience using AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway) to support mobile applications - Hands-on experience with React Native, Swift, Kotlin, or Flutter (Preferred) - Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices - Knowledge of GraphQL is a plus - Strong debugging and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities,
