NOC L2 Engineer for Mumbai

Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot network alarms, events, and performance metrics using NMS/EMS tools.
Handle escalated issues from L1 engineers and resolve or escalate to L3 when required.Perform configuration, maintenance, and health checks on core routers, switches, firewalls, BRAS, CGNAT, and access network elements (OLT, L2 & L3 Switches).Troubleshoot Layer 2/3 network issues OSPF, BGP, MPLS, PPPoE, VLANs, etc.Coordinate with field teams and vendors for fault resolution and maintenance activities.Maintain network documentation and update incident/issue trackers and logs.Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and prepare incident reports for major outages.Participate in network upgrades, migrations, and deployment of new services.Provide support for scheduled maintenance and emergency changes, including after-hours or on-call as required.Ensure SLA compliance and assist in customer impact analysis during downtime or performance degradation.
